Nameless recall
Like a book of poetry
she was a work of art to me
and I read inside her pages
And in my memory
turning back to chapter 3
soothing words through bitter phases
And I can¢¥t forget the days
like an Oscar Wilde haze
when she spoke to me in gorgeous phrases
And I hold on to the nights
when we read by fire¢¥s light
and I studied her for ages
I tried to reach her through my words
but they fell unheard
onto the pages
So she didn¢¥t hear me speak
and our bond was weak
our ties are severed
Ref.: Looking back today
in my ring of love
nameless racall
A life gone by
while passions die
nameless recall
Now the volume¢¥s on the shelf
got a copy for myself
and it¢¥s yellowed now and aging
The binding may be cracked
but the meaning is intact
where is my happy ending
